When will I receive my order?
We usually have 3 parcel drop off days every week and all parcels are shipped Second Class with the Royal Mail. Most orders will arrive within 5 days of ordering. If for any reason you have not received your parcel within 5 days of ordering feel free to contact us and we will look into it for you.
My order has arrived damaged. Can I return for a replacement?
Absolutely. E-mail us and we will get you a replacement sorted immediately.
Do prints come framed?
We only sell the artwork itself. For frames we recommend checking eBay as they have the best selection of A sized frames and unusual shapes. We are hoping to offer framing/frames at a later date.
Can I still buy "insert design name"?
We get asked this one really often. ALL of our artwork is permanently available. We print every order when it comes in so there is no limited stock.
We own our own high end printing set up so we can produce as much high quality art as we like.
Can you print larger sizes?
We do not have the hardware to print larger than A2 at the moment and outsourcing would be a very expensive option but if you are really eager for larger sizes please send us an e-mail so that we can discuss costs.
*Update June 2020* We are currently looking into a larger wide format printer in order to print up to A0 so please check back at a later date.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If you let us know before it is sent out to you then we are more than happy to change or cancel an order. Please e-mail us if that is the case.
Do you sell your artwork at wholesale?
If you are interested in discussing wholesale please e-mail us. We cannot promise that we will agree to a wholesale deal as we are proud to be the only stockists of our own art.
Can I use your artwork for my business/album art?
Our artwork is 100% not permitted for re-use. If you see our artwork being used anywhere then please contact us with links.
We do accept returns within 30 days of your original order date but the responsibility falls on the customer to return it securely.
We advise tracking the return as we cannot refund missing items. The prints must be returned in the same condition that we sent them in so that we can resell them. If they are returned damaged and unsealed then we will not be able to refund.
Can you do custom Artwork/Branding for my company?
We get a few requests for custom artwork and branding. If you are interested in commissions then please e-mail email@example.com to talk to Tom directly.
